A Star, A Star is the result of seven years of reflecting on the quiet, persistent hope of Christmas. I wanted to wrap up in sound, with friends and family, my recurrent emotions at the season and give them to everyone.
Without presumption, A Star, a Star observes complimentary points of view on the nativity with folk and orchestral instruments, together with bright layers of voices. And a narrative arc abides: “to the earth be peace; goodwill henceforth from God to man, begin and never cease.”
